Terms & Conditions
1. DEFINITIONS “you” and “your” means all persons or any of them named on the booking including anyone added or substituted at a later date, and/or the person who has confirmed the booking and includes all the people on whose behalf it has been confirmed. “we” and “us” means  – Pink Monkey Stag and Hen Ltd Trading as – Activities In Portugal -. “supplier” “representative” means the company or person handling or providing the activity or service on our behalf.
2. BOOKINGS   Upon your request booking request via www.activitiesinportugal.com,  – Pink Monkey Stag and Hen Ltd Trading as Activities In Portugal – confirm your booking via email. We have 7 days to confirm your order. Once the payment is received/confirmed – Activities In Portugal – will supply you the client with an itinerary 3 weeks before the event.  The Contract is made upon receipt of the order. The Client must check carefully to ensure that Booking Confirmation matches what was booked. In the case of e-mail or similar media where client signatures are not available, the Client accepts that in the absence of a signature e-mail is a satisfactory communication and commitment to progress confirmation of the Program.
3. PRICING  – Pink Monkey Stag and Hen Ltd Trading as  – Activities In Portugal – 
Corporate Venues/Meeting Rooms – Activities in Portugal is pleased to offer complimentary venue search services. Our fee structure will be clearly outlined and provided to you when you express your intention to proceed with the booking. Our fees are variable, ranging from 5% to 15%, depending on the specifics of your booking. We will generate two separate invoices on your behalf: one for the direct payment to the venue and another for our service fee. The invoicing process has been designed to be efficient and straightforward for your convenience.
Team Building Activities – Our fee is included on the advertised price.
4a. ONLINE PAYMENTS The complete payment is authorized upon booking with Pink Monkey Stag and Hen Ltd – Activities In Portugal. However, the funds will only be captured subsequent to the confirmation of the activity with the supplier. In the event that the activity cannot be confirmed with the supplier, it will be canceled, and no funds will be deducted from your credit or debit card
5. CANCELLATION/CHANGES By You All cancellations must be received in writing immediately. Cancellation charges are as follows the percentages are referring to the total price:
Activities Only 
0-60 days before travel date – 100% Payable of the total price
More than 61 days before travel date – Loss of 10% of payment
Card processing fees are not refundable
Corporate Events
60  days before start of the event – Loss of deposit payment
0-61 days before corporate event – 100% Payable of the total price
Card processing fees are not refundable
In the event of partial cancellation or a reduction in the number of individuals within your party, any applicable refund will only be disbursed once the entire booking has been recalculated, incorporating any adjustments in pricing. We will make every effort to accommodate reasonable requests for changes to your booking. However, if your alteration involves a modification to the number of individuals in your party and your travel arrangements are contingent upon a specific group size, the price for the entire booking will be recalculated based on the revised party size.

In cases of significant changes to the program, the number of individuals in the booking party, or the scheduled program dates, such requests may be treated as a cancellation of the initial booking and the creation of a new program. This could result in the imposition of cancellation charges. Pink Monkey Stag and Hen Ltd, trading as Activities In Portugal, will inform the client upon receiving requests for amendments if this is the case.

Excursions or other tours that you may choose to book or pay for directly with suppliers are not part of the package provided by us, we are not responsible for these payments.
By Us While it is improbable that changes or cancellations will be necessary, we retain the right to make such alterations at any time. Most changes are anticipated to be minor and stem from circumstances beyond our control. In the event of such changes, we will promptly inform you and provide an alternative of comparable standard, if available. We regret to inform you that we are unable to compensate for any expenses, costs, or losses incurred by you due to such changes or cancellations.

In rare instances, we may be compelled by ‘force majeure’ to modify or terminate any part or the entirety of your booking, either immediately before or after departure. Should such a situation arise, no refunds will be issued unless we are able to secure refunds from our suppliers. Additionally, we cannot provide compensation or cover any costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of such changes.

We also retain the right to withhold a fee of 25 euros to cover the costs charged to us by our card payment supplier and other administrative expenses when refunds are issued due to cancellations by the supplier
6. FORCE MAJEURE Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of “force majeure”. In these booking conditions, “force majeure” means any event, which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, virus, fire and all similar events outside our control.
7. BEHAVIOUR When you book with us, you assume responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be remitted directly to the accommodation owner, manager, or other supplier at the time of occurrence. Failure to do so renders you responsible for meeting any subsequent claims made against us, inclusive of your own and the other party’s legal costs, arising from your actions.

Any outstanding costs, including damages, after the departure of the booking party, will be automatically charged against the deposit/bond/guarantee. In the event of an insufficient deposit/bond/guarantee, the Client will be pursued for the recovery of the full amount, along with any associated expenses, encompassing time and administration costs incurred in the pursuit of recovery.
In instances of damage or payment obligations, Activities In Portugal may disclose all client details to the relevant Supplier for direct contact. Failure of the booking party to promptly and fully settle outstanding expenses may lead to criminal charges being brought against the booking party by the Supplier and/or Activities In Portugal, and/or any external organization for the purpose of pursuing these damages.

If the behavior of the booking party results in the termination of a Supplier’s relationship with Pink Monkey Stag and Hen Ltd, trading as Activities In Portugal, clients will be pursued for compensation by Pink Monkey Stag and Hen Ltd, trading as Activities In Portugal, with a minimum charge of 2000 euros per supplier.

We expect our clients to exhibit consideration for other people. If, in our reasonable opinion, or in the opinion of any other person in authority, you or any member of your party behaves in a manner likely to cause danger, upset, or distress to any third party or damage to property, we reserve the right, without prior notice, to terminate the booking of the person(s) concerned. In such a situation, the person(s) concerned will be required to leave the service. We will have no further responsibility toward such person(s), including any travel arrangements. No refunds will be issued, and we will not cover any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination.
8. COMPLAINTS In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any services provided by us or our representatives you must immediately inform the relevant supplier. Failure to notify the supplier immediately whilst on your trip may deprive us/them of the opportunity to rectify the complaint whilst you are away and this may affect your rights under this contract. If your complaint is not resolved locally and you remain dissatisfied you must email to us – admin@ActivitiesInPortugal.com– within 28 days of your return home. We will acknowledge receipt of your correspondence and we will respond to all complaints in written format within 28 days. Please rest assured we will do our best to resolve your case more swiftly than this. No complaint will be accepted after 28 days of your return and you will be deemed to have been fully satisfied with all parts of the booking made by us. 9. LIABILITY The contractual terms and conditions of the companies that provide the transportation for your travel arrangements will apply to this contract. These may contain terms which may limit or exclude liability to you for certain events. In respect of activities arranged by us as part of your travel arrangements, we act only as booking agent. We therefore exclude all liability for any aspect of the activity arrangements and, in particular, liability for any loss, personal injury or death. Where activities are indicated as being available it is not intended that this should be taken as a recommendation to take part. We neither own nor operate these facilities and therefore cannot and do not provide assurances that they are maintained or operated with customers safety in mind. Please note that some activities may also be considered “hazardous pursuits” by insurance companies and may require a premium if you wish to be adequately covered by the policy you decide to take out.
10. LATE ARRIVALS / DELAYS It is your responsibility to arrive at all departure or pick-up points at the time specified in the tickets and/or itineraries supplied by – Activities In Portugal -. We will not accept responsibility for the consequences of late or non-arrival as specified above and no money will be refunded if you miss any part of your weekend as a result. Where the arrival time of your flight is delayed and we have arranged airport transfers we will endeavour to hold the transfer for as long as possible but if this is not possible you will have to make your own arrangements on arrival and Activities In Portugal – will not be liable for any additional costs incurred or refunds.
11. PASSPORTS, VISAS, HEALTH REQUIREMENTS AND DRIVING LICENCES You are responsible for the provision of necessary valid documents required for your trip including visas.
12. INSURANCE We strongly advise all customers to have adequate travel insurance in place as soon as a booking is confirmed, including adequate cover for any activities included in your weekend. This is your responsibility and an insurance waiver form must be signed by you to this effect.
13. HEALTH Prior to travelling abroad, you are advised to study the information given in DHSS Leaflet “Protect your Health Abroad”.
14. ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS In the event that your scheduled activity must be canceled on the day due to safety precautions related to adverse weather conditions:

If the supplier is compelled to cancel the activity and is unable to provide any alternative, you are entitled to an 80% refund.

If the supplier is able to partially offer the activity by removing elements that pose health and safety concerns, Pink Monkey Stag and Hen Ltd, trading as Activities In Portugal, will not refund any costs.”
