The Oeiras Marina is the perfect location to learn the basics, develop endurance for longer paddles and introduce you to the skill of wave surfing. No experience is necessary! Beginners are welcome.Â
You do not need any particular swimming skills either, as long as you can swim. Children are most welcome above 7 years old.

We had an amazing two hours paddle boarding. We were a group of 6 with varying levels of ability, we all enjoyed it and the instructor was great at catering to the different levels. We would have all gone back the following day had we not been flying back to London.
