Paper Raft Making Challenge

Introduction & Safety Briefing
Explanation of rules, time limits, and judging criteria

Boat Building Phase
Teams of 4–6 participants
Materials Provided:
Cardboard sheets
Duct tape
Floatation aids
Scissors, markers
Goal: Build a seaworthy raft using only the materials provided

The Float Test & Race
Boats launched into shallow water or pool
At least one team member must ride the raft
Judging based on:

Floatability
Speed (optional race)
Durability
Creativity & Team Spirit
