👕Clothing
- Beach Clothes: Comfortable beach clothes are ideal. They should be lightweight, quick drying, and easy to move in.
- Sun Hat and Sunglasses: Shield your face and eyes from the sun with a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses with UV protection. This will help you stay cool and avoid sunburn.
- Sunscreen: Don’t forget to apply sunscreen generously to exposed skin. Reapply throughout the day to prevent sunburn.
- Towel: Bring a beach towel for lounging, drying off and sitting on the sand.
