Body of Words Team Building Activity

This is a simple, fun game that gets everyone involved physically. A wonderful ice breaker.

The goal is for your team to create letters and words with their bodies alone. It’s a great way to get people to loosen up and have fun at a Portugal team retreat.

Each team member to use their bodies to form letters and eventually spell out word, no props allowed!

Working together, you must coordinate your movements and positions to shape each letter as clearly as possible using only your bodies. This leads to lots of laughter as each team twists, stretches and collaborates to get the shapes just right.
