Self-guided Lagos Street Art Treasure Hunt

Lagos is the street art capital of the Algarve, attracting international artists annually who decorate the historic city walls with colourful murals.

This experience guides you around some of the highlights and ‘hidden gems’, showcasing the different styles of artwork, and revealing stories behind them along the way.

At each mural, there is a visual puzzle to solve, encouraging you to actively look at the artwork, rather than just passively view it. 

All you need for this experience is a smartphone, a keen eye, and a sense of fun.

It’s ideal for people of all ages and abilities (particularly mixed groups) as it’s not very physically challenging – walking about 3km – and it’s totally flexible so you can easily fit it around other activities.

You can start and finish whenever you like (until sunset) and stop as often as you want: there are plenty of great bars and restaurants along the route.

If you’re a large group (of 5+) we recommend that you organise yourselves into teams with each team buying 1 experience. You can then compete against each other and check on progress via the ‘live scores’.
